A Cracked Bat Upside My Head

Out of the blue, Julie from over at A Cracked Bat, sent over a stack of cards.  I am already behind in sending anything to her, so now I will have to work doubly hard at putting something together.

Along with the cards, she included a note reminding me that she is moving, so if you plan on sending something her way, make sure you have her new address.

The cards that Julie sent were plentiful if nothing else:

This is a 330 count box, and it was full of amazing cards.  There is no way that I can show off all of these cards; instead I will attempt to show of the cards that surprised or excited me the most.

However, that will happen in a future post.  For now I will just show off a few of the “packs” that were inside this box.

3 player packs were included in the box.  I was so excited when I saw that Gary Carter and Carlton Fisk were the focus of these packs.

If you thought that I was going to show of the cards in this post, you are wrong.  I just wanted to give you a taste of what is to come.  Stay tuned.

Jared, don’t feel pressured! I’m literally clearing my stash(es) for now. I’d rather send these cards than move them. 😉 I picked up the Carter and Fisk packs at an antique store around Christmas time. You may have all the cards…or perhaps a surprise. It’ll be fun finding out with you!

Julie is one of the best people to trade with. I can’t wait to see the great stuff she has sent!
